Priscilla (Roux) DiSciullo

Priscilla (Roux) DiSciullo, age 94, a resident of Malden and a former longtime resident of Lowell, died on April 28, 2022. Priscilla Rita Marie Beatrice Roux was born on 6/19/1927, in her grandmother Priscilla Alexander's house (Lowell), on her grandmother's birthday and thus was named after her. She is predeceased by her parents Albert and Yvonne (Alexander) and her brother Joseph. She is survived by her children Jeanne, Anne, Mark Roux and his wife Lori, as well as four grandchildren, one great-grandson, and cousins.

Priscilla was a graduate of Rivier College (Bachelor of Music - 1949), Lowell State (Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education - 1950) and UMass Lowell (Master's in Special Ed - 1976). She taught elementary school in Baldwinville, MA and spent many years as a Special Education teacher in the Lowell school system. After retirement, she was a dedicated volunteer at Lowell General Hospital.

Priscilla was an accomplished piano player, loved to sing and attend concerts. She was an amazing cook and avid gardener, spending many hours tending her flowers. Many wonderful days were had at her parents' camp on Little Island Pond in Pelham, NH.
