Myriam C. Ercolani
Myriam C. Ercolani, age 76, a longtime resident of Lowell, passed away unexpectedly on May 2, 2021.
Born in Bogata, Colombia on April 26, 1945 she was the daughter of the late Maria de Jesus Rojas. She moved to the United States at a young age and later became a U.S. Citizen.
Myriam was a woman of strong faith and was a very active parishioner at St. Patrick Church in Lowell and had also attended Mass at St. Joseph the Worker Shrine in Lowell.
She was employed for over 30 years by Marriott International, having worked at several of their locations in the area. She was also a longtime volunteer for the Coalition for a Better Acre.
Myriam enjoyed going out to dinner, sitting in the park and being involved in parish activities.
She is survived by a son, Gilberto Rojas of Lowell; two grandchildren, Gilberto Antonio Abreo and Alivia Rojas-Chestnut; and three great grandchildren, Xavian, Isabella and Anthony; also many dear friends.
Relatives and friends will be received at the TYNGSBOROUGH FUNERAL HOME, 4 Cassaway Dr., Tyngsborough on Wednesday, May 5, from 3 to 7 p.m. Her Funeral will take place on Thursday morning with a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10 a.m. at St. Patrick Church, 282 Suffolk St., Lowell. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Chelmsford. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Patrick Church, 282 Suffolk St., Lowell, MA 01854.
