Kenneth W. Gordon
TYNGSBOROUGH – Kenneth W. Gordon, age 63, a resident of Tyngsborough, passed away on April 9, 2021 in Lowell. He was the loving husband of Susan M. (Coutu) Gordon to whom he had been married for 42 years, together 46 years.
Born in Lowell on September 5, 1957, he was the son of Edgar and Marilyn (Bailey) Gordon of Tyngsborough.
Ken was the owner and operator of Ed’s Lawnmower Service, a well-known power equipment business located in Tyngsborough. He worked alongside his son Ken Jr, his wife Sue, and his father Edgar for many years.
Above all he was a devoted family man. He was an avid classic muscle car enthusiast and drag racer. He enjoyed restoring cars, antiquing, and was a “jack of all trades”, who was always there for others. He was also a dog lover and enjoyed camping trips and four wheeling with his family and friends.
Surviving him in addition to his wife and parents, are his three children, Mandy Gordon and her husband Robert Garland of Hudson, NH, Melinda Gordon and her husband Michael Carter of Nashua, NH, and Kenneth E. Gordon and his wife Courtney Moses of Tyngsborough; six grandchildren, Chad, Miranda, Ava, Hudsen, Dillon and Mia; two sisters, Sharon Gordon and Sheila Gordon both of Nashua, NH; and many dear friends including, Roland, Steve, Johnny, Jimmy, Frank, Andrew, Scott and John and too many close family and friends to list.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Ken’s Memorial Visitation on Sunday April 18 from 2 to 4 at the TYNGSBOROUGH FUNERAL HOME, 4 Cassaway Dr., Tyngsborough. Those attending will be required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing. In lieu of flowers, please donate to St Jude Children's Research Hospital or your local Animal Rescue League.
