Loving husband, father and grandfather

TYNGSBOROUGH – Patrick D. McLaughlin, age 63, a longtime resident of Tyngsborough, passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2019 with his loving family by his side.  He was the beloved husband of Renee M. (Boudreau) McLaughlin, with whom he had been married for 37 years.

Born in Boston on March 9, 1956, he was a son of the late Neil F. and Lucille C. (Breen) McLaughlin.

Patrick was a graduate of St. Mary’s High School in Brookline.

Prior to his illness, he was employed as a customer support manager for a software company.

He enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman; he was also an active member of the Tyngsboro Sportsmen’s Club where he had served as vice president for many years.  

Surviving him in addition to his wife are a son and daughter in law, Patrick and Danielle McLaughlin of Lowell; a daughter, Milissa M. McLaughlin of Atlanta, GA; a grandson, Dennett; three brothers and their spouses, Neil and Nancy McLaughlin of Cape Cod, Martin and Shirley McLaughlin of CA and Robert and Moira McLaughlin of Bedford, NH; two sisters and a brother in law, Lucille and late Doug Fulrath of VA and Carol and David Delaney of Rockport; his father in law and mother in law, Bernard and Georgiana Boudreau of Billerica; a brother in law and sister in law, Richard and Edith Boudreau of Tyngsborough; also several nieces and nephews.
