Loving son, brother, uncle and great uncle
Daniel J. Wagner, age 51, a resident of Lowell, passed away on Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at the High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Lowell, on November 2, 1966, he was a son of Robert R. and Marie C. (Peloquin) Wagner of Lowell.
He was educated in the Lowell School system and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from UMass Lowell. Daniel worked in computer sales and was employed by the Max Group Corporation. He was an avid Sci-Fi, Star Trek and Spiderman enthusiast. He also enjoyed playing trivial pursuit, scrabble and the guitar.
Danny will be most remembered for how much he enjoyed his sister Anne’s famous prime rib dinners, sharing his love of music with his brother Michael, and his appreciation for the protection from his older brother Ray during his youth. Danny could be found enjoying a Saturday afternoon movie marathon of Creature Double Feature with his mom and running to the corner store for a sweet tooth treat for his dad.
Surviving him in addition to his parents are his three siblings, Raymond R. Wagner and his fiancé Christine Lagasse of North Chelmsford and their family, Derek, Leanne, Emily, Kayla, Megan and Madisyn; Michael P. and his wife Darlene (Gagnon) Wagner of Oxford, MA and their family, Brett, Ian and his wife Alyssa, Brittany, Alex, and Wyatt; Anne-Marie C. Wagner and her wife Donna Brown of Lowell and their daughter Jaelyn; his aunts and uncles, Pauline Wagner of Chelmsford, Roland and Irene Wagner of Westford, Lucille Wagner of FL, Paul Wagner of FL, Phillippe and Jeannette Wagner of Wells, ME, Irene Wagner of Lowell, Jean (Godfather) and Lorna Peloquin of Clinton, Michelle and Hayden Anderson of Dracut, Cecile and Leo Paquin of Dracut and Louis and Wendy Peloquin of Billerica; his Godmother Pauline Peloquin of Hudson, NH; also many dear cousins, friends and his beloved kitty Luna.
He was predeceased by his uncles, Richard Wagner, Normand Wagner and Albert Wagner and his aunt Maryanne Wagner.
The family would like to extend their deepest appreciation to the doctors and staff at the Lowell General Hospital Cancer Center and Merrimack Valley Hospice for the exceptional care that was given to Daniel.

Relatives and friends will be received at the TYNGSBOROUGH FUNERAL HOME, 4 Cassaway Drive, Tyngsborough on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. His committal service will take place on Saturday morning at 11 a.m. in the Chapel at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Chelmsford.
