Roger O. LeMay

1934-2018

PELHAM, NH – Roger Ovila Lemay, age 83, a longtime resident of Pelham, NH, died on Saturday morning, March 24, 2018 at the Fairview Nursing Home in Hudson.  He was the beloved husband of Alice M. (Brodeur) LeMay, to whom he had been married for 59 years. 

Born in Lowell on October 13, 1934 he was a son of the late Ovila and Yvonne (Delorges) LeMay.

He was educated in the Lowell School system and was a graduate of St. Joseph High School.

Roger enlisted into the U. S. Airforce and was a veteran of the Korean War.

He enjoyed woodworking, golfing and listening to music.

Prior to his retirement, he was employed by Honeywell Bull in Lawrence for several years.

Surviving him in addition to his wife Alice is a brother, Paul LeMay of Lowell; his sisters in law and brothers in law, Jeanne Brodeur of Windham, NH, Louis and Laura Brodeur of Milford, NH, Roland and Maryann Brodeur of Dracut and Phillippe and Jeannette Wagner of Wells, ME; his godchildren, Carol Marquis, Cheryl Albert, Jason Cloutier and Diane Anderson; also many nieces and nephews.

He was also the brother in law of the late Normand Brodeur.

LEMAY – Roger O. LeMay.  Relatives and friends may call at the TYNGSBOROUGH FUNERAL HOME, 4 Cassaway Dr., Tyngsborough on Monday from 4 to 8 p.m.   Funeral Tuesday morning with a funeral mass to be celebrated at 10 a.m. at St. Patrick Church, 12 Main St., Pelham, NH.
